NOTICE

There is a mandatory Bidder’s Conference for all organizations that would like to apply for the bonus project and/or any reallocated project dollars for the 2019 NOFA released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on July 3, 2019.

The CoC will offer three (3) RFPs:

1. Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) for Survivors of Domestic Violence

2. Transitional Housing/Rapid Re-Housing (TH-RRH) of Survivors of Domestic Violence

3. Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Serving Individuals, with the Priority to Serve Unaccompanied Youth Ages 18-24

The amount for the Bonus for Survivors of Domestic Violence is $342,364.00. The RRH Bonus amount is $200,535.00.

The lead agency for the RRH for Survivors of Domestic Violence projects must have a demonstrated history of assisting survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

Any agency interested in applying for these RFPs must have a designee attend the Bidder’s Conference, and you are certainly welcome to have more than one person from your organization attend.
