NOFO Applicant Conference

The Pinellas Continuum of Care (CoC)'s 2024 / 2025 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Applicant Conference (formerly "Bidders Conference") will take place on Friday, August 16th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm on Zoom.

Organizations intending to submit a New or Expansion proposal are required to have at least one agency representative in attendance.

 Organizations with questions or concerns that are not addressed during the Applicant Conference, you may submit them to CoCNOFO@HLAPinellas.org August 9th at 10:00am through August 27th at 10:00am. Questions will be responded to in a timely manner and posted on www.PinellasHomeless.org each afternoon. The cone of silence period will begin at 10:01am on August 27th, and we will not be able to respond to questions after that time.
